WARRANTIES:

Zuma may request that the defective part is returned for inspection first. It is recommended that all work is performed by qualified technician.

Zuma will provide technical support for Zuma clients. Zuma provides 3 months parts (or 6 months for selected products) and /or labour warranty for off road vehicles and 12 months/ 10,000Km for road registerable vehicles.

 When a fault is first noticed usage must cease immediately to prevent further damage and or potential injury to the user. The vehicle must be returned to the place of purchase at the purchasers cost.

If the owner chooses to subcontract the labour cost by a qualified technician, Zuma may request that the defective part is returned for inspection prior to warranty being granted and replacement parts being issued.
